Parameter Reports from IC3, updated at least monthly.
The following shows selected data from the IC3 (International Code Compliance Calculator) database starting with data collected in 2009.
New requirements were identified during evaluation of this data, such as: differentiation between final- and work-in-progress projects, third party verification of construction, and the need to merge IC3 and TCV as the State began to move to IECC 2009.
The Texas Administrative Code 388.008c lists areas where ESL may cooperate with Industry to accomplish three tasks including: "Provide a registry of completed ratings for newly constructed residences and residential improvement projects for the purpose of computing the energy savings and emissions reductions benefits of the home energy ratings program"
